H.V. Group Home Inc. has been in successful operation since 2000 with a 29 bed residential Group Home (CCL), a Short-Doyle/Medi-Cal certified Day Treatment program and a State certified Non-Public School . H. V. Group Home Inc. has been and continues to be a model program for L.A. County and the State. 
H.V. Group Home is a 29 bed unlocked Group Home licensed under Community Care Licensure (CCL). This component meets the educational and experience staffing and program requirements for a group home with a RCL of 14 and funded by the California Department of Social Services.
Outside space, known as the quad is a well maintained social environment that may be used as a formal setting as well. The Quad is used by residents and education department, along with rehabilitative staff members. The Quad comes equipped with two basket ball hoops where residents can enjoy sports activities it is enhanced by a tropical themed mural that is colorful and entertaining and serves as a serene soothing backdrop.

Resident's rooms are spacious, attractive and comfortable. Each room houses up to 3 minors and provides them with an opportunity to experience a homelike environment.

H.V. Group Home provides two day rooms for residents. This setting provides for a social/family like environment which encourages healthy peer interactions. The day room includes an entertainment system that has a stereo, television, DVD player, and an X-box system, it also has easy accessibility to the Quad.

Regency High computer room – HV Group Home residents will attend Regency High School. Regency High School is an on-site school that provides a warm, structured atmosphere. Developed especially for seriously emotionally disturbed adolescents, this non-public setting is certified by the state of California as a special education school, incorporating a multi-disciplinary team which includes, teachers picked especially for the school program.

Nurses Station-
documentation of residents daily activities are completed at the nurse's station. A well trained staffing team of Youth and Rehab counselors who support the milieu is available for counseling and consistent supervision of residents. Staffing teams consist of LVN'S – LPT'S, whom are responsible for the administration of medications.
The Harbor View Community Services Center is preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative program for children and adolescents, ages 5 – 20. Outpatient individual, family therapy, case management along with therapeutic behavioral services is available for children in jeopardy of losing their placement. Therapy and rehabilitative groups assist the clients in improving or restoring their functioning in daily living and social skills. Transitional case management and psychiatric evaluation and medication management for clients is available.
A large wonderful well groomed yard is used for rehabilitative activities and exercise for clients. This are provides for social events such as carnivals, graduation ceremonies and holiday events. This area is also accessible and available for the residents of the Group Home.
